Stop for a few minutes to forget about work and focus on your breathing. To do so, stand up or sit upright, as you prefer. Close your eyes, then breathe in and breathe out deeply, repeating 10 times to create some space in your mind. Open your eyes, choose an important job to deal with and tackle it in a relaxed manner.
