Our pre-summer Lanaform routines

The end of the school year is approaching - and so too are the holidays. Before this more than pleasant period begins, here is our checklist of little routines for getting ready for the arrival of summer. What with your darling offspring's exams, the stress of work and the urge to fine-tune your figure before going on holiday, it's easy to get swamped by it all. Here is our advice for serenely making the most of the month of June.

In the run-up to summer, one of our routines will be to combat stress

Whether they are for your child or for you, the end-of-year exams in June are unquestionably stressful times. What with revision, moments of doubt and the tests, it is important to choose natural solutions that will make a difference, be it for you or your child. Make sure you use an active diffuser to diffuse a few drops of essential oils in a well-ventilated room for a maximum of 30 minutes. A soothing aroma such as sweet orange or lavender will help you unwind. Once relaxed, you will be able to take a step back and make the most of the present moment.

I’ll get my figure back before summer (if I want to)

And no, you don't have to! The objective here is not to get worked up but to make the most of the summer at every opportunity. So it would be good to give your legs a bit of a scrub to bring out the colour, enjoy the outdoors and tone up your body.

There are all sorts of mini-boosts for accelerating the reduction of cellulite and orange peel skin, for example :

I’ll increase my relaxation sessions in the run-up to summer

The end of the school year is a stressful time. As we've said, it involves completing the maximum number of tasks before going on holiday and managing the exam period with our children. To stay on course and be fully pumped up for this final push, make time for a few yoga sessions, for example. Let go, focus on yourself and fill up with positive energy. This discipline will help you let go of all the tension that has built up. No time for your session?

It's entirely possible to get some deep relaxation at home thanks to electrostimulation.

I’ll get my skin ready for summer

Aaah, that lovely tan, what would we do without it? But wait - before offering yourself to the sun god, you need to get your skin ready by getting rid of dead skin. This doesn't mean scrubbing your skin too roughly. Instead, we recommend microdermabrasion for scrubbing and exfoliating your skin to get rid of all the dead skin. Gentle but deep cleaning with the Lucea brush  is also recommended. Suitable for all skin types, these two beauty routines will help you keep your tan.

Ready for the summer? We're already there!
