For 2 years, we offer you a special service under our statutory warranty to consumers. Warranty exclusions, such as breakages or damages attributable to external causes, may apply. However, in the event of a problem, please contact us to check the applicable conditions. Even if the warranty does not apply, we may be able to offer you an alternative low-cost solution. You can also request repairs for products that are no longer covered by our warranty.
