Your data rights with Lanaform connected products (in accordance with the EU Data Act)

Introduction

Since 12 September 2025, Regulation (EU) 2023/2854 (“Data Act”) applies in all EU Member States, requiring users to access their device-generated data at all times.

On this page we inform you about:

• the data collected by our products,
• the format in which it is available,
• how you can access it,
• the rights you have.

Lanaform connected products, together with the Lanaform Connect app, guarantee you free access to and export of your data as soon as you activate data transfer.

This requires two steps:

1. Creating an account in the Lanaform Connect app (including acceptance of the Terms and Conditions)
2. Bluetooth or Wi-Fi pairing of your device with the Lanaform Connect app

⚠️ Only when both steps have been completed will your measurements be transferred to the app.

Without account activation or Bluetooth/Wi-Fi pairing, all data remains exclusively local on the device. In that case, no data transfer takes place.

Measurement method and data storage

Data collection

Lanaform connected products perform punctual (“spot measurements”) during active use or, depending on the product type, may generate continuous real-time data.

The data collected may be used to perform our agreement with you (i.e., to provide the basic services and features of the product and the app), to provide support services (for example maintenance and troubleshooting), to monitor and maintain the security of the product and the app, to comply with applicable laws and regulations, and to generate derived/inferred data for any legitimate purpose allowed by applicable law.

Data storage

When the connection is enabled, the data is stored locally in the Lanaform Connect app and on a remote server.

Where applicable, Lanaform may retrieve the data at your request and send it to you free of charge as an electronic file.

Data remains stored until the user deletes their Lanaform Connect account.

Data collected:

• Gender, date of birth, height and desired ideal weight
• Body weight
• Body weight measurement, Body Mass Index (BMI) measurement, Body fat percentage measurement (%), Muscle mass measurement, Visceral fat index measurement, Body water percentage measurement, Bone mass measurement, Protein rate measurement, Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) measurement, Fat mass measurement, Body fat index measurement, Obesity level measurement, Ideal weight measurement, Weight control, Fat-free weight measurement, Metabolic age measurement, Body appearance measurement, Fitness score indication

Data collected:

• Monitoring and display of relative humidity level in the air, steam emission intensity control, usage duration control, ambient light control, night mode control, water level display

Data access:

• Direct display on the device
• Wi-Fi transmission

Air Purifier (AV99-C)

Data collected:

• PM2.5 fine particle level display, air quality level display, filter usage time data, temperature display, usage time selection, selected purification speed, chosen purification mode

Data access:

• Wi-Fi transmission

Your rights under the EU Data Act

• Right of access: You can consult, at any time and free of charge, the data generated by your device.
• Transparency: We inform you before purchase about the nature, scope and format of the data.
• Offline use: All products can be used without the app. If you do not connect the device, no data is transmitted electronically.
