Returning an item

In accordance with directive 2011/83/UE of the European Parliament and the Council of 25 October 2011 relating to consumer rights, you are entitled to notify us that you are withdrawing from your purchase without penalty or stating a reason within 14 working days from the day after the delivery day. If all the conditions required are met, we will proceed with your reimbursement or exchange. 

The right of withdrawal is applied without penalty, only the costs of return are payable by you.


Follow these steps to send an item back

1. Fill in the return form

In order to ensure a swift reimbursement, you are requested to fill in the return form available on our Website. You will receive a notification by email informing you of the processing steps carried out.

2. Prepare the parcel

Prepare the items to be returned, without having used them, with their original packaging and labelling.

The products must be in a perfect condition for resale including the packaging/containers and instructions for use (free from damage, damages or soiling, accompanied by any possible accessories, documentation...).

Use the same packaging that you received your order in, or if not, packaging of a similar design to ensure a return in perfect condition. The product must be in the same condition as when it was received and will have to keep its original wrapping and labelling. We will not accept, under any circumstances, a product that has been used by the customer or the packaging of which has been damaged. It is important to seal the package properly.


3. Return the package

Drop off your package at a post office and return it to the following address:

Postal charges are payable by you. Please keep the post office receipt as proof of postage in order to contact our customer service.


4. Management of returns and reimbursements

Once the product is received in our depot, we will check that the conditions detailed above have indeed been complied with and we will proceed with reimbursement of your purchase.

Reimbursement will be made within a maximum of 14 days of having applied for the right of withdrawal. However, if the product has not been received in return within 14 days, reimbursement will be postponed until you have sent us a proof of postage of the package return.

We will carry out the reimbursement by the same payment method used at the time of purchase. In the case of a payment made by bank transfer, please indicate the account number on which we should deposit the amount.
