Use
Wear the Dynamic belt 8 hours a day for 2 months for maximum effectiveness. Then wear it twice a week for 8 hours a day to keep up the effects.
Do not use body lotion or slimming gel on your body when wearing the belt.
Wearing the Dynamic belt over on open wounds or immediately after a surgical operation (liposuction, etc.) is not recommended.
Maintenance
Wash the Lanaform textile at 30°C. Rinse thoroughly. After a good spin, dry in the shade. Avoid any heat source.
