2. Watch your diet
Banish junk food! An effective detox plan bans fatty and sugary foods (fried foods, sweets, sauces, ready meals etc). Instead, opt for fruit, vegetables, whole grains and good fats (e.g. fatty, oily fish). Also avoid coffee, concentrated juice, fizzy drinks and alcohol.
